The new T‑Roc introduces a longer, more dynamic silhouette shaped by clean surfaces, muscular rear shoulders and its signature “hockey stick” design line. A wider-looking stance and carefully sculpted proportions give this compact crossover a confident and athletic road presence.
LED headlights and newly designed LED rear lights create a distinctive appearance after dark, while selected derivatives add IQ.LIGHT LED Matrix headlamps, illuminated Volkswagen logos and continuous front and rear light strips. Alloy-wheel designs range from the 16-inch Bilbao wheels on the Life to the striking 19-inch York Aero wheels of the R‑Line Black Style.

Step inside a completely redesigned five-seat cabin that combines increased space with a clean, driver-focused layout. Premium soft-touch materials and supportive seating create an inviting environment, while the longer body and wheelbase provide additional room for passengers.
The 475-litre luggage compartment makes light work of shopping, luggage and everyday family needs, expanding to as much as 1,350 litres when the rear seatbacks are folded. Depending on the derivative, interior features include sports comfort seats, electrically adjustable front seats with memory, multi-colour ambient lighting and three-zone Air Care Climatronic.
Responsive power for every day
The new T‑Roc is powered by a turbocharged 1.4 TSI petrol engine that produces 110 kW and 250 Nm of torque. Paired with an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission, it delivers smooth, responsive performance through the front wheels and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 8.4 seconds.
A combined fuel-consumption figure of 6.6 litres per 100 km helps balance enjoyable performance with everyday efficiency. Hill Start Assist, an electromechanical parking brake with Auto Hold and speed-sensitive power steering further support confident, comfortable driving in town and on the open road.
Your drive, fully connected
A Digital Cockpit and 10.3-inch infotainment system create a modern, intuitive command centre for driving information, media and vehicle functions. Wireless App-Connect integrates compatible smartphones without cable clutter, while four USB-C connections with charging capacity of up to 45 W help keep everyone powered.
The optional Discover infotainment package introduces a larger 12.9-inch display, navigation, voice control, Digital Cockpit Pro and a windscreen head-up display. Available features such as the Driving Experience Dial and six-speaker audio system add another layer of control, convenience and enjoyment to every journey.
Confidence comes built in
The new T‑Roc supports everyday driving with Park Assist, multiple airbags, tyre-pressure monitoring, Electronic Stability Control and an electromechanical braking system. A rear-view camera is standard on the R‑Line derivatives and available for the Life, helping make parking and manoeuvring easier.
The optional IQ.DRIVE packages add technologies such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Assist with pedestrian and cyclist monitoring, Lane Assist, Travel Assist and Emergency Assist. Depending on the selected package and derivative, Area View, Side Assist, Rear Traffic Alert, proactive passenger protection and an exit-warning system provide further support on the road and in busy surroundings.
